Ross Roscoe Iron

Roscoe has been a Pat Benatar fan since 1979 when he was blown away by hearing Heartbreaker on Denver local rock radio station KBPI. Watching MTV since the first week of its airing in 1981, Pat’s videos were on heavy rotation for years and he remembers it always being fun when they released a new one. He also was fortunate to see Pat in Feb. ’83 on the Get Nervous Tour, and still has the tour T-Shirt!

His 40-year career includes numerous television, live radio and festival appearances across the U.S., and he has opened for many notable artists including Gary Clarke Jr., Doyle Bramhall, Smokin’ Joe Kubek, Tab Benoit, Pinetop Perkins, Joe “King” Carasco, Bugs Henderson and Carolyn Wonderland. He has also shared the stage with blues guitar legends Guitar Shorty, Curley Mays and T.D. Bell.

Roscoe is old-school to the core has and uses vintage Fender 4-string and Hamer 12-string basses. Amps include a variety of vintage Fenders and Marshalls plus some one-off creations by the Ampmonster.
